Alex

This is Alex, my daughter. She will be 17 years old in a week. She is a very talented visual artist, kind to animals and her younger brother, an up and coming guitar player and a gifted writer. I am so grateful that she is in my life. She's wearing an "Anomaly Records" hat and she is standing in front of my bad, 1982 Toyota Corolla station wagon. Yes, that is a Peace flag.

My daughter, Jessica, is also a very talented visual artist. She is eighteen. She's actually, my birth, by granddaughter, but we adopted her when she was six. She's going to a graphic arts institute next year. So you and I have something in common.

You found my blog from I don't know where, but even though we don't see completely eye-to-eye, I welcome you as a new visitor. I don't see eye-to-eye with everyone I know in person either... but I love them anyway.

Thank you for visiting my blog, and I have to say your daughter is gorgeous. You are probably very proud of her and you should be! :)

Hi Gayle,

Thanks for the nice comments about my daughter. That's great about you adopting your granddaughter, and send her our congratulations on entering a graphics arts institute.

I was just checking out some other blogs on the blog-spot site and I came across yours. One of the things that I love about this great country of ours is the ability to discuss things in a civil way, even when we see things differently. Merry Christmas to you and your family! :)
